Upcoming Installation of the 5th Bishop of Phoenix

This will be an historic week for us as we install the 5th bishop of the diocese of Phoenix. Please pray for Bishop Dolan, for Bishop Olmsted, and for our diocese. God has led us through His Holy Spirit for all these years and it is exciting to see what God has in store for us in our future.

As faithful Catholics, we are filled with the Holy Spirit and trust our God totally. I know there will be all kinds of rumors and speculations, especially from the media; do not let this dampen your spirit.

I look forward to meeting Bishop Dolan and working with him to build up the Body of Christ here in Arizona. Most of you know Fr. Chuck Kieffer, who celebrates with us most Sundays, a few years ago Fr. Chuck met and got to know Bishop Dolan and he is very enthused with his coming to Phoenix.

May God bless our Diocese as we begin a new chapter making Christ present in our community.
